It's May 23, 2007 and we have had an offer accepted!
Our new home has an odd shaped lot banked at the back up to a large stone wall providing a noise barrier to the street behind.
It is an odd shaped yard due to living on the outside of the curve on a crescent.
The whole of the back/side yard is on the south and west side of our home providing excellent sun across all throughout much of the day.
We take possession July 23, 2007.
The former owners planted a small rock garden on the slope in one corner and three trees in a row across the back and side. Apart from that, they were grass fanatics.
One of the trees, a flowering crab of some sort I believe, was in full bloom when we initially toured the house .... a great centrepiece around which to start planning the view from our patio doors.
We can't wait to start developing our garden together! Our "20 Year Project"
